How do I place an order?

I can’t find the cartridge/toner/printer I require on your webpage, how can I check stock?

Give us a call on 02 8204 4800, we have access to a huge range of items not listed on our website and will be sure to assist in tracking down the products you need.

I don’t know what toner/cartridges my printer takes, can you help me?

When I will receive my order?

How do I pay for my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tax invoice in the post. This can be paid via cheque and direct deposit.

We also accept credit card payments please contact our Customer Services team on 02 8204 4800 to make a payment safely and securely with a member of the team.

I have not received a tax invoice, how can I request a copy?

Tax invoices are sent via Australia Post, should you not receive an invoice contact our Customer Service team on 02 8204 4800 to request a copy.

Can I receive a tax invoice by e-mail?

Sure, drop us an email at admin@beaconproducts.com.au and we can arrange this for you.
