Beacon Products Toner & Cartridges Limited Warranty
PLATINUM RANGE cartridges have been assembled under stringent quality control standards to assure performance that equals or exceeds original equipment.
PLATINUM RANGE cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five years from original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to cartridges that have been altered, damaged, improperly stored or installed, or subject to abuse or abnormal operation. A defective cartridge will, subject to reasonable verification of the defect, be replaced.
In the event that any PLATINUM RANGE cartridge upon reasonable verification is found to be defective, and such defect has caused damage to any printer, Beacon Products will assume any liability for such damage and will at its option repair or replace damaged parts. Requests for warranty reimbursement must be accompanied by:
- satisfactory evidence that the damage occurred during the warranty period;
- satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was the actual cause of the damage;
- a copy of the service report showing the name and address of the company servicing the equipment;
- a signed statement by a qualified technician on its letterhead, stating that the damage to the equipment was caused by a defective cartridge.
